This squad is for swimmers with squad experience who are endeavouring to improve their fitness, skills and technique to a competitive level. This squad also prepares swimmers to be able to step up to the senior squad.
The Senior Squad is aimed at high school aged swimmers who wish to step back from the commitment required to compete at external meets and concentrate on fitness and continued involvement in club competition.
This squad is for competitive swimmers seeking to achieve at a high level and are committed to swimming as their chosen sport.
